Tuck Everlasting - Book Review
I just finished reading Tuck Everlasting By Natalie Babbitt. It is an easy read with only 139 pages.
Winnie Foster's family owns the woods next to their house. One day Winnie goes to the woods and meets a peculiar family; the Tucks. She figures out a secret of theirs and helps them to keep that secret safe, even if she gets in trouble.
This book is very original. I learned that even if being immortal sounds great, there are set backs to not dying. You miss loved ones, you get bored, and people get suspicious. This book is tender and good for kids and adults.
Here are some things I liked (+) and disliked (-) about this book.
+ Easy to understand and not too long.
+ Unique. Original and interesting.
- Not how I wanted it to end. :(
Overall rating: **** (4/5 stars)
